Frequently asked questions
How much does a project cost?
Every project gets an individual quote. The price depends on how many pages and which features you need (for example booking, an online store or a login), and on whether the texts and images are ready.
The intro call is free and doesn't commit you to anything. Within 2–3 business days we send you a written quote: what we'll build, by when and for how much. We never bill anything we haven't agreed on in advance: the price doesn't grow along the way, and if you ask for something new, we tell you its price first.
How long does it take, and what do you need from me?
Anywhere from a few weeks to several months, depending on the project: a company website is ready sooner, while an online store, an app or an internal system takes longer.
The clock starts once all the material is in: your logo, texts and images. If you don't have a logo yet, we can design one. First we show you a design of the home page, and we build the rest only once you approve it. The quote states the exact deadline.
What about the domain and hosting?
We handle that too: we help you choose a domain (for example yourcompany.com) and set up the hosting and the email addresses (for example info@yourcompany.com). The domain is registered in your company's name, and you get every login for the domain and the hosting. If you already have a domain or hosting, we can work with that. The quote lists the yearly fees for the domain and hosting separately.
Can I edit the content myself later?
Yes. You can change the texts and images yourself in your browser, in a simple editor, with no coding. We show you how it works at handover. If you'd rather not deal with it, just tell us and we'll do it: smaller changes are usually live within 1–2 business days.
What happens after launch?
You can count on us after launch too: if you have a question or want something done differently, write or call.
We don't charge for the little things: if you'd like a red button instead of a blue one, or want a sentence rewritten, we'll just do it. And if you find a bug, meaning something doesn't work the way the quote describes, we fix it for free for one year from handover.
You can ask for new features at any time too, such as online booking, a newsletter sign-up or a new page. We tell you the price up front and start only once you approve it.
